The room we initially booked at Zen Premium Banilad was a couple of hundred pesos cheaper and came with a comfortable double bed. It was spacious, clean, and overall a pleasant place to stay.
The main issue we had with our stay was the lack of consistency and poor communication from the staff. However, the room we were moved to on the fifth floor was actually smaller than our original room.

My girlfriend and I had the best stay at Zen Premium Banilad. The rate was surprisingly low for the excellent service and amenities offered. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and the other guests were pleasant. The location was convenient and accessible to everything. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and anyone visiting.

The rooms here are just perfect! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a desk, a safety deposit box, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom is clean and has a shower. Plus, some rooms even have a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. As a guest who values convenience and functionality, I couldn't ask for more!
I personally found the tile/marble floor in the twin room a bit chilly. But hey, it's just my opinion and some people might actually enjoy it!

Secondly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the basic amenities you could need.
